Welcome to the visitors
car page.
All of the pictures
on this page have been sent to me by visitors to my website. If
you would like to see a picture and description of your car here please
email me using this link

This car is
Scott Hunter's Aussie Mk2 RS2000 , it still has all the original factory
panels, Scott sent this to me in August 2000 after seeing some of the
restoration pictures on the site, he said he can't believe the problems
we have with rust over here, they never have to replace inner wings
and chassis rails!!

These 3 cars belong
to Jo Stedman, a self confessed "Escort Nutter" they were
sent to me in October 2000, these cars are referred to as Jo's babies.
This car belongs to
Noel Balzan from Malta, he sent these pics to me in April 2001, the
car is basically standard and is used as a weekend drive, however Noel
has converted it to diesel as he could not afford the running costs
of a petrol car.
This picture arrived
in June 2001, it shows James o' Sullivan driving on the Cork Rallysprint,
doing what rear wheel drive Escorts do best.
This silver RS2000,
is quite well known around the show scene, and has been featured in
some magazine articles, the pictures were sent to me in September 2001
by it's current owner Russ Pemberton.
These pictures were
sent to me by Dave Hemmingway on 29/10/01, he hasn't said much about
the cars, but obviously they are used as intended.
These were sent to
me by Andy Roodini on 30/10/01, he has got this car to restore for his
son who is 15, so should have plenty of time to get it ready for when
he is 17 and can drive it. It is an ex police car, and was sat in a
showroom for some time when new hence the P registration, his plans
are to build a Mexico rep out of it, and he has promised more pics as
it progresses. 05/12/01 some more pics from Andy, showing that work
has now started.
05/12/01 Received
this picture from Patrick (a Dutch Ford fanatic) Patrick has a website
all about XR4x4 Sierras but has recently purchased this RS2000 to use
as a track toy, and to learn the art of sideways driving, as you can
see he seems to be getting in some practice. I have added Patrick's
site on the Links page, although English visitors will need to use Babelfish
to translate.

05/12/01 This smart
looking Mk1 was sent to me by Andy Chynoweth, the spec is as follows:
1700 crossflow, kent bcf3 cam, vulcan stage 2 unleaded head, AP racing
comp clutch, 5 speed box single piece rs prop, stainless exhaust, and
more. I have also added Andy's homepage to the Links page, as there
are many photo's there of this car being restored.

01/01/02, received
pictures of this 1979 MK2 RS2000 from Stefan Vandevoordt who lives in
Belgium, he has owned the car for 12 years and it is standard apart
from the 7" alloy wheels. Stefan also owns a Mk1 RS but that one
is undergoing restoration at the moment, hopefully we can get some pics
of that car later.
01/01/02, I was sent
this rally action pic by Paul Power, all I know is that the car is in
action somewhere in Ireland, I will try and get some more info from
Paul later.
13/01/02, Chris Matthews
from Norwich sent these pictures of his Mk2 RS2000 restoration project,
the car has been standing for 17 years after it's previous owner stripped
it bare to use the parts for a kit car, however Chris now has most of
the parts for it, and the car is looking better week by week.
22/01/02, Clive Hamling
from Herts sent this picture of his old MK1 1300 Sport, this car was
rebuilt by Clive and had a variety of engines installed ending with
a 2.4l Holbay, the car was sold in 1997 and was last heard of being
prepped for rallying in the Peterborough area. Clive has since got another
Sport with just 32000 miles on it, he is planning a 2.0l Zetech conversion
for that one, hopefully he will send some pics in.
